The 2006 Expedition Trophy is a free event to select participants, and is held in the mountains of Central Arizona. Comprised of four segments, the Trophy includes the following:
Day One: Expedition Symposium- A day of training and lecture from experts in their fields, including wilderness medical, recovery, off-highway trailer towing, animal tracking and identification and more.
Day Two: Expedition Trophy- A competition favoring technical skill over speed and includes a navigation challenge, technical driving challenge and a high speed closed course event. Questions from event marshals provide additional difficulties.
